Your information.
Handled thoughtfully.
This notice describes inquiries, client accounts and work shared through the Trey Fox Design Client Studio.
Project inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, the form sends your name, email address, business, website, service interest, timing and project description to FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, for forwarding to [email protected]. Please review FormSubmit’s privacy notice for its handling of submissions.
Information you send is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss a proposal and communicate about potential or ongoing work. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in an inquiry.
Reviews and testimonials
The website feedback form sends your name, email, project description, feedback and publication preference through FormSubmit to the studio. Your email is used for follow-up and is not published. Choosing to allow publication is optional; feedback is sent to the studio for review and is not automatically posted. Only feedback you permit us to publish is considered for a website testimonial. Contact the studio to discuss a correction or removal. A Google review is submitted separately on Google, under Google’s own terms and privacy practices; this website form does not post to Google.
Client accounts and project records
The Client Studio uses Supabase for sign-in, project records and private file storage. Records can include your account email, project membership, uploaded work, questionnaire answers, messages, proof comments, approval decisions, agreements, typed signatures and their timestamps, invoices and payment status. These records support project delivery, feedback, account access and billing. Project records are available to the studio and the members assigned to that project; private studio tasks and notes are not client-facing.
Account invitations, password-reset links and other authentication emails are sent through Resend. When project email updates are enabled, Resend also sends notices about new proofs, shared agreements and invoices. This involves your email address and message content. The studio retains notification status and attempt records to investigate failures and avoid duplicate sends.
See Supabase’s privacy information. Do not upload passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal records to project chat or proofs.
Payments
Where online checkout is available, payment details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout. The studio records invoice amounts, payment status and transaction references; the Client Studio does not collect or store your full card number or security code. Stripe processes payment information under its privacy policy. Test checkout is identified as a test and does not pay a real invoice. Offline payments recorded by the studio become part of the project’s billing history.
Website technology
The public site does not currently include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. It keeps a broad referral category (for example, Google, Instagram or direct) and a temporary inquiry reference in this browser tab for up to 24 hours. The category and reference may be included with your inquiry to help the studio track and follow up on requests. Form details are not saved by this public-site feature, and full referring URLs are not retained. Referral categorization is skipped when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. The Client Studio uses browser session storage for authentication and local drafts. Closing a tab can end that tab’s session; signing out ends access in the current studio session. On a shared device, sign out and close the studio tabs when finished. Submitting a form may open a third-party spam check, which may process technical information and use cookies under that provider’s policies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; that request shares technical information such as your IP address with Google. The site is hosted through Cloudflare. Hosting, font and software-delivery providers receive technical requests needed to serve the site, such as an IP address and browser information. Your browser and email provider also process information under their own policies.
Email and records
Sent inquiries are handled through the studio’s email service. Correspondence, agreements, approvals and billing records may be retained for ongoing work, business records and applicable obligations. Project files and messages remain stored until removed by the studio; moving a project to Trash does not itself erase those records. Contact the studio about access, correction, export or deletion requests. Some records may need to be retained, and any applicable limits will be explained. The inquiry form is not a newsletter signup.
