TERMS & SERVICES / SEPTEMBER 25, 2026
Clear expectations.
Better collaboration.
How this website and the studio’s service information work. The written proposal and agreement for your project set its specific terms.
Services and estimates
Trey Fox Design offers branding, website design, illustration and ongoing website care. Published packages describe starting scopes and prices. Your proposal confirms deliverables, fees, revisions, schedule and any outside costs before work begins.
Starting a project
Sending an inquiry does not reserve a start date or create a project agreement. We first discuss fit, scope and timing, then confirm the work in writing.
Your client account
A client account gives you access to projects assigned to you. Keep your sign-in details private and contact the studio if you think someone else has access. Only upload materials you are authorized to share. Creating or accessing an account does not sign a project agreement, authorize a payment or commit you to a subscription.
Agreements and electronic signatures
Review the complete project agreement and scope before signing. Signing is a separate, intentional action using your name in the Client Studio; the agreement and signing record are retained with the project. Each additional agreement must be reviewed and signed separately. Ask the studio for clarification or a copy before proceeding if anything is unclear.
Proofs and approvals
Comments and revision requests are saved against the proof version you reviewed. Use Request changes when edits are needed, or Approve only when that version is ready. A new revision requires its own review. Final approval, payment and release of deliverables follow the agreed project scope; approval of a proof does not itself charge your card.
Scope, feedback and changes
Project milestones depend on receiving the agreed content, access and feedback. Requests beyond the approved scope are discussed with you, including any effect on fees or timing, before that extra work proceeds.
Payments, cancellation and delivery
Your project agreement specifies the payment schedule, cancellation arrangements, final delivery and rights to the completed work. Refer to that agreement for the terms that apply to your engagement. Where a deposit is required, review access begins after the required agreements are signed and the deposit is confirmed. Final downloads are released after the required final approvals and payment are confirmed. Available payment methods appear at checkout or are agreed directly with the studio. A pending checkout is not confirmation of payment, and a test payment does not settle a real invoice.
Rush projects
Rush service is available by arrangement for a defined scope. Same-day, 24-hour and three-business-day options are requests until the studio confirms availability, price, start time and delivery deadline in writing. The agreed schedule starts after required content, access, approvals and payment are received. Rush scopes propose one consolidated revision round and a single decision-maker available for timely feedback. Additional changes or delayed materials may require a revised schedule and quote, agreed before proceeding.
Website care
Care plans cover the services and time included in the selected plan. Third-party subscriptions, hosting and work outside the plan are handled as described in your proposal. Availability, included work, billing frequency, any annual commitment or discount, renewal and cancellation terms are confirmed in the written care agreement. An inquiry or account signup does not start recurring billing.
Portfolio artwork
Artwork and project examples are presented for viewing and discussion. Please contact the studio for permission to reproduce or use them. Client names and third-party marks identify the work shown; they are not a general endorsement.
